The district is anticipating a funding apportionment this spring
which will initiate the next phase of the school facility development
plan (click here for facility plan). The district anticipates going out
to bid for the project in the upcoming months which could lead to
construction beginning before summer 2020 with a goal to complete as
much as possible before the beginning of the 2020. Should the
construction phase begin while school is still in session, please be
observant, read signage and make be sure to use caution while on campus.
Safety will be a primary concern and we ask that you help by talking to
your children about paying attention to directions and their
surroundings. The construction process is going to present some
challenges for everyone, but we are confident the facility upgrades will
provide a foundation for a progressive, 21st century educational
experience.
