Congratulations to our very own Mr. George Avila, who was selected from five finalists to be recognized as this year's Stanislaus County School Board Member of the Year! We appreciate all that you do for Shiloh School! With close to forty years serving Shiloh School as a member of the Shiloh School Board of Trustees, we are all fortunate to have been part of the Shiloh family during his years of service, and as much as we appreciate all of his hard work and guidance over the last decades, we also look forward to the many great years that lie ahead. 6th grade had an amazing day exploring Foothill Horizons!
Fifth-grade students dive into plant science by examining celery cells under the microscope! With curiosity and care, they observed how plants are structured at a cellular level—bringing their learning to life in the science lab.
Second grade scientists hard at work! After completing their rainbow celery experiment, students took a closer look at the colorful results using microscopes—sparking curiosity, conversation, and big discoveries in our science lab.
Fourth-grade students explore the hidden world of plants! Using microscopes, they examined the xylem in celery to see how water travels through stems—bringing hands-on science to life in our lab.
